- начнем с обзора/обозрения особенностей акта капитуляции Германии(The instrument of surrender signed at Reims May 7, 1945.)
- 1.1 02:41, 07.05.1945г.,время UTC+1./CET, "по-Берлину", либо UTC+2/CEST, "по-Парижу"? видимо могла возникнуть парадоксальная ситуация - во Францию "победа пришла на час раньше", т.к. в Рейхе(1940г.) "летнее время" отменили
- 1.2. официальным является текст на англ. и только "он"...
- 1.3. Эйзенхауэр "предоставляет право на подпись" Смиту(Walter Bedell Smith), хотя "сам - на месте"
- 1.4. фотографии Ральфа Морс/за(Ralph Morse), единственного "гражданского на церемонии", вполне возможно, что Ральф ещё - жив! подписи оригинальные:
