Sd.Kfz.184 "Ferdinand" & "Elefant"

The Ferdinands, that gradually arrive from the front, would first be deposited next to Hall VIII. The vehicles are waiting on the factory premises to be overhauled/converted into what became known as the Elefant.

Heavly damaged military equipment from the 656th. Anti-Tank Regiment (Pz.Jag.Reg.656) of the Wehrmacht before being sent for necessary repairs.
In the picture we can spot the Sturmpanzer IV "Brummbär" (Sd.Kfz. 166) and a few "Ferdinand" (Sd.Kfz. 184) tank destroyers.
