Ski tourism with an active winter holiday every year is becoming more and more popular in our countries. The ranks of lovers of skiing and snowboarding are constantly replenished with new fans. The number of ski resorts for practicing these sports is also increasing. It is no secret that winter resorts require developed infrastructure and excellent technical equipment. This is an extensive network of modern cable cars, and equipment for preparing slopes, and equipment for generating artificial snow, and a diverse selection of accommodation options, and a whole industry of catering facilities and related entertainment. In different parts of our country there are ski resorts both “with experience” and relatively young. Both of them are in constant development, and the competition between them is quite high.

With the approaching winter season, the question “where to go?” Thousands of vacationers ask themselves. Residents of our vast countries more often began to take vacations in winter, and long New Year holidays allow them to go to the mountains for a whole week. Such a trip is quite expensive in itself, and everyone chooses a place of rest in accordance with the capabilities of their wallet. A week trip to the Alps costs a pretty tidy amount, and not every tourist, and even less a whole family with children, can afford it. It can be chosen in Russia or with its closest neighbors. And importantly, it can be located near the place of residence. Indeed, the remoteness of the resort from home plays a significant role in the cost of the trip.
